We know you care about our library’s future. But have you heard about the library’s plans for expansion and renovation? Last year, the library facilitated several planning sessions and made a preliminary presentation to City Council in December outlining the Library’s vision to connect the Library and Library Annex buildings and to bring the Annex into compliance with the City Code making the second floor spaces accessible.

Tours of the Library Annex and a first community meeting were held on October 7, 2014 and architect Jeff Hoover of Tappé Associates spoke about the future of libraries nationwide. A Virtual Tour of the 1st and 2nd floors of the Library Annex is available. We will be holding a second community meeting on December 7.

Can't make the December 7 meeting? Please share your thoughts here!
